Surgical Services Manager RN

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Surgical Services Manager RN to join our team at St. David's Georgetown Hospital. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Main OR and Scheduling departments.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, direct, and control staffing assignments to ensure effective coverage of the department.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with O.R. personnel, Anesthesiologists, and Surgeons to ensure smooth operations.
- Participate in unit activities and operations to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Develop a professional climate within the nursing unit/units.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within 90 days of employment start date.
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification.
- Registered Nurse with an Associate Degree.
- Minimum of two years specialized nursing experience applicable to the unit.
- Previous supervisory and surgery scheduling experience preferred.
