Dishroom Attendant

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Dishroom Attendant. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary environment in the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes, pots, pans, and utensils are properly cleaned and stored.

• Scrape and rinse food from dirty dishes and wash them by hand or place them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine
• Wash pots, pans, and trays based on assigned procedures
• Polish silver using burnishing machine tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel, and hand cloth
• Ensure compliance with outlined safety procedures
• Maintain temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards
• Keep dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors to ensure compliance with safety and sanitation standards
• Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food prep surfaces
• Remove trash and place it in designated containers
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
• Help load and unload supplies and product
