Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service and maintenance to our commercial customers in the Lubbock, TX area.

Responsibilities:

  • Commission, troubleshoot, repair, and start up HVAC systems in commercial environments.
  • Utilize knowledge of air conditioning theory, pipe fitting, and mechanical layouts to perform tasks.
  • Work with internal and external partners to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Represent the company as the primary customer contact and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Use cutting-edge software and technology to diagnose and repair units.
  • Maintain flexibility to work overtime and weekends as the business requires.
  • Enforce safety standards and maintain security and accountability of company assets.

Requirements:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent required, and typically 5 plus years of experience in HVAC.
  • Operating knowledge of Microsoft office software and working proficiency with handheld computers.
  • A valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations.
  • EPA Certification.

Additional Requirements:

  • Safely operate a vehicle using a seat belt.
  • Wear helmets, safety goggles, fall protection harness, and safety boots to perform job duties.
  • Twist the trunk of your body 90 degrees in each direction.
  • Squat and touch the floor with both hands.
  • Reach your hands over your head.
  • Stand on concrete surfaces for extended periods.
  • Lift and move up to 10 lbs., frequently lift and/or move up to 40 lbs., and occasionally lift and/or move more than 40 lbs.
  • Safely use a ladder with a 350 lb. total weight limit.
  • Maneuver confined access areas.
