Nurse Expert

Total Renal Care, Inc. is seeking a skilled Nurse to join our team in an outpatient dialysis center. As a Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

• Provide empathetic and compassionate care to patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Conduct patient observations, measure vital signs, and set up dialysis equipment
• Float to various clinics during and after training to ensure adequate staffing and patient care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

• Associates Degree in Nursing (A.D.N) from an accredited school of nursing
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (R.N.) in the state of practice
• Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
