Ledger Manager

Lombardo Homes is a leader in home building excellence, established over 50 years ago. We are currently seeking an experienced Accounting Professional to join our team.

• Prepare monthly financials, work papers, journal entries, various accounting reports, and reconciliations.
• Perform quality, detailed work within deadlines with or without direct supervision.
• Interact professionally with other employees, customers, etc.
• Work effectively in a team.
• Work independently while understanding the necessity for communication and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations.

• Bachelor's in Accounting or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in Accounting, including industry experience.
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel, including knowledge of macros and pivot tables.
• Possess a solid understanding of the general ledger.
• Experienced working with financial statements and supporting analysis.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Desire to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
