Role Overview:
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of content modeling and custom object types within the Alfresco platform. Responsibilities include:
  • Designing and maintaining Alfresco sites in response to service requests.
  • Packaging and deploying Alfresco extensions and modules.
  • Developing enhancements for the Alfresco Explorer Web Client.
  • Utilizing Alfresco APIs (Foundation Services, JCR, Web Services) to create applications and services.
  • Demonstrating proficiency with Alfresco Share and Crafter Studio.
  • Implementing integration solutions with SSO, Active Directory, LDAP, and ECM/Portals like Liferay.
  • Managing Alfresco migration and upgrade projects.
  • Conducting thorough systems requirement analysis.
  • Leading end-to-end Alfresco CMS implementations as an Architect.
  • Reviewing detailed designs and providing constructive feedback.
  • Engaging in pre-sales activities, including demos and proofs of concept for prospective clients.
  • Designing reusable assets and solutions.
  • Participating in business value assessments and elaborating business requirements.
  • Contributing to class structure design and reusable rulesets.
  • Advising on implementation strategies, performance, tools, operations, and deployment.
  • Overseeing deployment and configuration of production servers in clustered and high-availability environments.
  • Integrating with Liferay CMS systems and solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with Kofax Imaging and Alfresco.
  • Experience with Alfresco ECM tools at an enterprise level.

Additional Skills:
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with various departments and agencies.
  • Knowledge of current telephony services and technologies.
  • Understanding of Avaya and/or Cisco platforms, including call center features and operations.
  • Proficient in resolving technical telecommunications issues with multiple vendors.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain composure and resolve issues under pressure.
  • Understanding of call center features such as Automatic Call Distribution (ACD) and Call Vectors.
  • Experience in developing work and call flows.
  • Familiarity with multiple network platforms, including WAN, WLAN, Security, Voice, and Video.
  • Effective dissemination of information to teams and clients.
  • Comprehension of complex network environments.
