We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at an acute care hospital in Port Charlotte, Florida. As a rehabilitation therapist, you will play a critical role in helping patients recover from injuries or illnesses and regain their independence.

Job Summary

This is a 13-week assignment that offers a competitive salary of $1975.00 - $2276.00 per week, plus additional benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and life insurance.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat patients with various physical conditions, including musculoskeletal injuries and neurological disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication.
  • Conduct patient assessments, set realistic goals, and track progress towards recovery.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A valid Florida PT license.
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • At least 1 year of experience working in an acute care setting.
  • Strong clinical skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
