Key Responsibilities:

  • Upholds order on the property, delivering exceptional guest service consistently, and demonstrating the ability to manage challenging situations effectively.
  • Conducts regular monitoring and patrols of designated areas to foster a secure environment for both guests and employees.
  • Guides guests and staff with directions and adherence to proper procedures.
  • Safeguards all monetary transfers and chips on the gaming floor, including the secure transportation of table fills, credits, markers, and jackpots.
  • Provides assistance to guests and employees in cases of illness or injury.
  • Identifies and reports unsafe or hazardous conditions promptly.
  • Verifies the identification of individuals appearing to be under the legal age limit.
  • Remains vigilant to detect, report, and respond appropriately to any violations occurring on the property.
  • Documents incidents and accidents through detailed reports and witness statements when necessary.
  • Operates company vehicles responsibly and in accordance with safety regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Basic understanding of investigative procedures.
  • Must possess a clean background with no felony convictions.
  • Proficient in creating clear, accurate, and concise reports.
  • Certification in CPR and training in bloodborne pathogens.
  • Capability to obtain necessary work authorization as per gaming regulations.
  • Willingness to work in a drug-free environment and pass required substance tests.
  • Must obtain and maintain all necessary licenses and certifications in compliance with Federal, State, and Gaming regulations.
  • Minimum age requirement: 21 years.
  • Possession of a VALID Driver's License is mandatory.

The skills required for this position are typically acquired through a brief period of on-the-job training or relevant experience.
