Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Helicopter Pilot to deliver essential medical air transportation services for Med-Trans Corporation. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the safety and efficiency of our operations.

Compensation:
Salary Range: $103,227 - $113,551, inclusive of a 21% Geo Modifier.
Sign-On Bonus: $15,000
Retention Bonus: $40,000 after three years
On-Duty Housing: Provided
Schedule: 7 days on, 7 days off

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with a team of medical professionals to ensure safe transport of patients to and from medical facilities.
  • Prepare aircraft for flight in accordance with operational manuals, ensuring compliance with all FAA and Med-Trans standards.
  • Maintain meticulous records and documentation as per regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch, flight crews, and medical teams to coordinate operations.
  • Provide comprehensive shift change information to incoming pilots and teams, adhering to established protocols.
  • Stay current with required certifications and engage in ongoing training programs.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Valid Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate.
  • Helicopter instrument rating.
  • Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate.
  • At least 2,000 total flight hours.
  • A minimum of 1,500 helicopter flight hours.
  • 1,000 hours as Pilot in Command (PIC) in helicopters.
  • 1,000 turbine helicopter flight hours.
  • 200 helicopter night flight hours (aided or unaided).
Preferred Experience:
B407 experience is highly desirable.
