We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Service Technician to join our team at The Tri-M Group, LLC. As a key member of our electrical services team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch electrical services to our customers, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Perform service-style work in an independent manner, directing others as needed and supervising larger, more in-depth service installs.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to fellow team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Manage day-to-day activities through ProNav, providing prompt updates and ensuring seamless project execution.
- Install and supervise conduit system installs, horizontal wiring/lighting systems, pneumatic systems, motor controls, and variable speed drives.
- Interpret blueprints and schematics, identifying discrepancies and ensuring accurate installations.
- Work closely with distribution/manufacturer partners for technical support, requesting and procuring materials as needed.
- Safeguard and maintain Tri-M equipment, material, tools, and vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Manage projects from start to finish, independently performing project close-out and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- High school diploma or equivalency.
- Minimum of eight years' experience in the electrical trade at an Electrical Service Technician or Journeyperson level.
- Completion of a state-approved apprenticeship program and the ability to obtain a Maryland and Delaware Electrical Journeyperson License.
- Elevated computer literacy and understanding of program navigation.
- Strong work ethic, ability to work independently, and lead others.
- Confident, decisive, self-motivated, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the assigned work location/office.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
- Ability and willingness to drive company vehicles as needed.
- Ability and willingness to travel regionally to jobsites as needed.
- Excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and proven ability to provide problem resolution of electrically related systems.
- Ability to read and accurately interpret schematics, blueprints, and construction drawings.
