Century Group is partnering with a client seeking an experienced Assistant Controller to lead financial reporting and analysis efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Collaborate with the Controller and Finance team to analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of accounting professionals to ensure high-quality work and professional development.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment that promotes open communication and teamwork.
  • Manage interstate tax compliance efforts to ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA (Certified Public Accountant) preferred.
