Dental Assistant Professional

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the clinical needs of patients and doctors, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
- Assist with various treatment procedures, including taking dental x-rays and preparing instruments.
- Execute patient handoffs and monitor patient flow within the practice.
- Manage infection control, prepare and sterilize instruments, and educate patients on oral hygiene strategies.
- Collaborate with the practice team to ensure optimum patient satisfaction.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Active license, registration, or permit as required by the state of practice; including x-ray certification if required.
