The Office for Dispute Resolution (ODR) operates under the Office of the Provost, working in partnership with the University's Office for Gender Equity, Title IX Resource Coordinators, and other School or unit leadership.

As an ODR Fellow, you will be part of a neutral body that works to resolve conflicts and disputes in a fair and impartial manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Office of the Provost to develop and implement dispute resolution strategies
  • Collaborate with the Office for Gender Equity and Title IX Resource Coordinators to address gender-based conflicts
  • Provide neutral support to School or unit leadership in resolving conflicts

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
