  • Cleaning and Maintenance

    • Identify and advise management of repairs or replacements
    • Mop, wash, wax, and polish floors and vacuum carpets
    • Pick up litter and remove garbage from all areas of the facility
    • Operate cleaning equipment and tools
  • Member Engagement
    • Collaborate with management and specialists on member surprise and delight opportunities
    • Support members in troubleshooting workspace technology
    • Regularly contribute ideas for improvement to member experience
    • Occasional coverage and member interaction at the Life Time Fitness service desk

Requirements

  • 1 to 3 years of related experience
  • Ability to routinely lift up to 50 pounds
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
