Role Overview:
Westman Atelier is on the lookout for enthusiastic and dedicated sales associates who are passionate about clean luxury beauty. This role is available in both full-time and part-time capacities. Ideal candidates will excel in customer service, client engagement, and achieving sales targets through effective communication and artistry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional, personalized service to all customers.
- Engage customers with open-ended questions to understand their needs.
- Provide makeup touch-ups and assist with product selection.
- Maintain effective client relationships and follow up consistently.
- Encourage repeat visits and achieve sales goals set by the company.
- Adhere to hygiene standards while demonstrating products.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the sales area.
- Comply with brand and retailer image standards at all times.
- Be available to work flexible retail hours, including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in retail, particularly in the beauty sector, is preferred. While makeup artistry experience is advantageous, we welcome creative individuals eager to learn and provide makeup applications.
