**Salary Range:** $93,000 - $123,000 per year, depending on experience



**Job Description**


As a Child Behavioral Health Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing a small group or program within our Behavioral Health department. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating and implementing program designs that meet the unique needs of our patients.



**Key Responsibilities:**



  • Lead and oversee a small group or program within Behavioral Health
  • Develop and implement program designs that meet patient needs
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Provide input into budget recommendations and hiring decisions
  • Collaborate with staff to promote a positive work environment


**Requirements**


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A PhD, PsyD, or EdD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an accredited institution
  • At least 2 years of professional experience under the direction of a licensed psychologist or board-certified psychiatrist
  • Knowledge of social service agencies, state regulations, and APA standards related to client treatment, patient rights, and confidentiality
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment
