We're looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating the work of Electrical Engineers with a multidiscipline team throughout the entire project's development.

You'll establish client relations, participate in marketing, design, and production meetings, and assume the electrical lead on many projects. You'll also participate in reviews with various governing agencies for code compliance and conduct schematic, design development, and contract document work sessions at the project site.

As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you'll be responsible for tracking the financial aspects of projects, coordinating and adjusting the work effort with the team to ensure that the work is completed within the parameters of the agreed-upon schedule.

You'll work closely with the Project Manager and Regional Controller for project reviews with corporate management as needed. You'll also direct the activities of other electrical engineering professionals and act as a mentor to other staff members as needed.

We're looking for a candidate with a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering with an Electrical emphasis. Previous experience with an architectural/engineering or engineering consulting firm is desired.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering with an Electrical emphasis, a minimum of 10 years of experience in electrical design of buildings, and a Professional Engineer (PE) license. You'll also need extensive knowledge of building electrical power, lighting, and signal design, including life safety systems and building management systems.
