Job Title: BSN Instructor - Per Diem

Unitek Learning is seeking a highly skilled and experienced BSN Instructor to join our team on a per diem basis. As a BSN Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in our BSN program, ensuring they receive a high-quality education and are prepared for a successful career in nursing.

Responsibilities:
  • Teach and mentor students in the BSN program, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their academic and professional goals.
  • Develop and implement curriculum that aligns with the program's learning objectives and outcomes.
  • Assess student learning and provide feedback to students, faculty, and staff.
  • Collaborate with other instructors and staff to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment.
  • Participate in program evaluation and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of California.
  • At least 4 years of experience as a registered nurse, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
  • Experience in teaching and mentoring students, preferably in a nursing program.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, faculty, and staff.
