About This Position

We are seeking experienced Montessori educators to join our team of dynamic staff at the LeMoyne Montessori School. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Montessori education, with a focus on creating a positive and supportive learning environment for students. The successful candidate will be able to multi-task, collaborate with colleagues, and communicate effectively with families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons that meet the needs of all students
  • Establish and maintain a positive and supportive classroom environment
  • Monitor and communicate student progress to parents and colleagues
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to improve teaching practices
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Montessori education
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • New York State teacher certification in Montessori Primary or Elementary I
