As a Practical Nursing Specialist, you will:
- Deliver care to infants, children, and adolescents in accordance with the established care plan from healthcare providers.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies with accuracy and compassion.
- Maintain thorough documentation of all nursing activities, assessments, and care coordination.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, self-care methods, and preventive measures.
- Active Nursing License in good standing (mandatory)
- Preferred: Six months of recent nursing experience in a clinical environment
- Preferred: Experience in home healthcare
