Rancho Physical Therapy is seeking a highly skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Fallbrook, CA.

We are committed to providing exceptional patient care and are looking for a dedicated professional to help us achieve our goal of being the premier provider of rehabilitation in our community.

The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating therapy needs, developing and implementing Physical Therapy programs, and participating in related clinical activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement treatment plans on a consistent schedule and adjust as needed to ensure optimal patient progress.
  • Document patient progress according to approved medical documentation procedures.
  • Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function, and set realistic goals to improve these areas.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of a school of Physical Therapy accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association, or a foreign-trained equivalent.
  • Licensed by the California Board of Medical Quality Assurance or accepted for licensure within six months from date of employment.
