Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Oklahoma Memory Care Institute. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct nursing care to our residents and supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants and CMAs.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with the Nurse Practice Acts and current Federal, State, and Local standards, guidelines, and regulations.
  • Supervise nursing assistants and CMAs to ensure the highest degree of quality care at all times.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain a safe and supportive environment for residents.
Requirements:
  • Current state license as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
  • Nursing degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved LPN/RN program.
  • Two years of experience as an LPN/RN.
  • Meet state requirements for relevant licensures or certifications and have no disciplinary action in effect against professional license.
