We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Elgin, IL for the school year.

This role involves working closely with students from grades K-12 to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders.

Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting thorough assessments to identify speech and language disorders
  • Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) for students
  • Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress
  • Providing direct therapy services and interventions
  • Documenting student progress and maintaining accurate records

Requirements include:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • Valid state license in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Previous school experience preferred, but not required
  • Experience in school-based settings or working with children is an advantage
