About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) team at Children's Hospital of Richmond. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill or injured children, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans, and educating patients and their families on disease management and prevention.

Key Responsibilities: Your key responsibilities will include assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans, administering medications and treatments, monitoring patient condition, and communicating with healthcare teams. You will also have opportunities to participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new programs and services.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must have a valid NP license, current certifications in pediatrics and critical care, and 2+ years of experience in an ICU setting. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
