We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse - RN to join our team at Cottage of the Shoals Center - Tuscumbia, AL. As a Registered Nurse - RN, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop effective plans of care in collaboration with the nursing team and other disciplines.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as ordered by physicians, ensuring patient safety and well-being.
- Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure tasks and interventions are implemented effectively.
- Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
- CPR Certification is required.
