Job Summary: We seek a skilled Private Duty Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality care to our patients. This role involves implementing prescribed plans of care, conducting patient assessments, and administering medication and treatments.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each patient's needs
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify areas for improvement and provide targeted interventions
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care in our electronic system
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimize patient outcomes
Requirements:
- A valid RN/LPN/LVN license in the state where you will be practicing
- Current CPR certification from a recognized organization (e.g., American Red Cross or American Heart Association)
- TB skin test within the past 12 months
- At least six months of prior nursing experience (although not required)
- Reliable transportation to travel to patient locations
