Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team in a hybrid working arrangement. As a Business Analyst - Sales Insights, you will play a key role in assisting the development and maintenance of reports for business analysis, distributor program recaps, inventory, and goals' achievement. Your timely and accurate daily/weekly/monthly reports, along with commentary and recommendations, will be crucial in supporting the Executive, Sales, and Finance Teams.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist in the creation and update of daily, weekly, and monthly reports (depletions, new product trackers, inventory reports, shipments, revenue reports, etc.)
* Provide data visualization and insights to support business decisions
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
* Develop and maintain reports using SQL, Power BI, and/or Tableau

Requirements

* 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the luxury wine and spirits industry
* Proficiency in CRM sales data tracking and reporting
* Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, XMATCH, Pivot Tables, Data Modeling, etc.)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
