Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean and organized donation area, including the trailer and surrounding space
  • Assist donors in the receipt of donated items and provide excellent customer service
  • Sort and process donations in a timely and efficient manner
  • Collaborate with the donation processing team to meet daily and weekly goals
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
  • Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds and stand for long periods
