As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing supportive therapy and symptom management to individuals with serious mental illnesses.
Key Responsibilities:- Direct Clinical Services: Provide individual and group therapy sessions, including assessment of psychiatric history, mental status, and diagnosis, as well as comprehensive evaluation of physical and dental health, education and employment, social development and functioning, and activities of daily living.
- Service Coordination: Develop, implement, evaluate, and revise treatment plans in collaboration with participants, focusing on their personal and treatment goals.
- Assessment and Intervention: Conduct ongoing assessments of participants' mental illness symptoms and responses to treatment plans, providing immediate and appropriate interventions as needed.
