**Qualifications:**
To be considered for this role, you must have a graduate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university and be recognized by the NBCOT as a designated OTR. You must also hold a current license and/or registration as an Occupational Therapist in your state. **Responsibilities:**
As an Occupational Therapist with Renewal Rehab, your responsibilities will include:
  • Providing comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations based on MD orders
  • Documenting findings on standardized evaluation forms in a timely and accurate manner
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive treatment plans, including long and short-term goals, frequency, duration, and treatment modalities
  • Ensuring MD orders are obtained for evaluations, treatments, recertifications, and discharges
  • Providing comprehensive treatment to patients using modalities and modifying patient treatment as indicated while adhering to precautions
