Job Overview

We are seeking a Seasonal Inventory Control Associate to join our team at Boot Barn As an Inventory Control Associate, you will play a critical role in maintaining our store's inventory levels and ensuring that our sales floor is fully stocked with merchandise. You will assist our Receiving and Inventory Control Specialist in receiving and processing shipments, as well as maintaining a clean and organized stockroom.

Responsibilities

• Foster a service-oriented culture by exceeding customer expectations and building long-lasting relationships.
• Process all incoming and outgoing inventory with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Verify merchandise deliveries for compliance with company standards.
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor, adhering to ticketing and signage guidelines.
• Ensure timely and accurate input of freight information through our systems.
• Execute returns, orders, transfers, re-tickets, and mark downs efficiently and according to company policies.
• Maintain a high level of productivity by meeting units per hour targets.
• Adhere to local, federal, and state laws, as well as company policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
