  • Inspection and Maintenance of Sterilization Equipment: Conduct regular inspections, testing, and maintenance of sterilization equipment to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
  • Inventory Management of Sterile Supplies: Oversee the inventory of sterile supplies, maintaining adequate stock levels, and monitoring the usage and replenishment of instruments and supplies.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Keep accurate records of the sterilization processes, equipment maintenance, and inventory logs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaboration with Medical Staff: Coordinate with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to understand their needs, provide timely support, and resolve any issues related to sterilized instruments and supplies.
Requirements
  • Certified Sterile Processing Tech Certification
  • CRCST or CSPDT Certification
  • 2+ Years of Experience as an Sterile Processing Tech
  • Strong Knowledge of Anatomy, Physiology, and Medical Terminology
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Healthcare Team
  • Attention to Detail and Ability to Work Efficiently in a Fast-Paced Environment
