Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Truss Assembler to join our team at a prominent Truss Assembly facility in Alma, Michigan. As a Truss Assembler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our truss production process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stacking trusses as they come off the line
  • Checking truss placement and alignment
  • Lining up trusses on heels to ensure chord alignment
  • Inspecting member-to-member gaps for compliance
  • Banding completed trusses for transportation
  • Maintaining a clean and safe stacking area

Requirements:

  • Able to read numbers and tape measurements
  • Able to lift up to 50-75 pounds multiple times a day
  • Able to drive a nail multiple times a day
  • Able to work at a consistent pace to meet production needs
  • Able to work in various weather conditions
