We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Security Engineer to join our team at FIS Global. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and integrity of our financial products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement secure architectures and solutions to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with product teams to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
  • Design, build, and own security features supporting product engineering and customer operations.
  • Drive the direction of the organization by operationalizing common security patterns and advancing our security roadmap.
  • Proactively identify and remedy potential security risks to customer data.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in a financial services or technology company.
  • Proven experience designing, implementing, and assessing secure architectures.
  • In-depth knowledge of security best practices, including secure coding, vulnerability assessment, and penetration testing.
  • Strong software, infrastructure, and security fundamentals.
  • Strong command of one or more of the following: applied cryptography, authnz, networking, and code analysis.
  • Experience writing software in Python, GoLang, and/or Java.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with cloud security architectures, technologies, and platforms.
  • Experience with financial services regulations, such as SOC 2, PCI-DSS, CCPA, and GDPR.
  • Experience with threat hunting and/or incident response.
