About Metro Dentalcare - Lakeland

Metro Dentalcare - Lakeland is a unique and supportive office that thrives on collaboration, communication, and community. As a solo doctor office, we are looking for a strong leader who can work Monday - Thursday. Our patient base is FFS/PPO, and we have a strong supportive team. Lakeland, MN is a wonderful place to live, with a welcoming and friendly community, plenty of outdoor and indoor activities, and a beautiful location just 10 miles north of the Twin Cities.

Requirements

  • DDS/DMD degree, active and unrestricted license in the state of Minnesota
  • Clinical knowledge to practice comprehensive dentistry, including diagnosis and treatment of oral health issues
  • Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet the needs of patients
  • Ability to become credentialed with dental insurance plans
  • Regular HIPAA training and protection of PHI and data safeguards

Preferred Qualifications

  • Over a year or more of clinical experience
  • Invisalign Certification

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and standing
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
  • Availability to attend virtual training sessions periodically throughout the year
