Job Description

The Program Advocate will provide support services to clients in our Metro-west PDPR program. This includes ongoing engagement with clients, crisis management, and ensuring the safety and comfort of the program environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Work cooperatively with other staff to ensure a safe and respectful atmosphere
  • Complete tasks in support of effective program operation as assigned by Supervisor or management team
  • Provide transportation to clients to and from appointments as requested by management
  • Maintain appropriate logs and records as required by program operating protocols
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws and funding requirements
