Job Summary

The Desk Clerk provides front desk coverage and staff support, ensuring the safety and integrity of operations within the assigned building for Thresholds residential and administrative sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet, sign in, and provide excellent customer service to Thresholds clients, staff, and guests.
  • Build cordial relationships with clients and contribute to a pleasant atmosphere in the building.
  • Ensure safety by monitoring security cameras and making sure doors are locked and closed.
  • Contribute to client recovery by communicating with clinical teams verbally and through records.
  • Support the program by answering and transferring phone calls, sorting mail, and completing other administrative tasks.
Requirements
  • Passion for mental health advocacy.
  • High school diploma or GED certificate.
  • To be at least 21 years old.
  • Reliable personal or public transportation to get to work location.
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Attention to detail and dependability.
