Your Responsibilities:
You'll register patients, collect demographic and insurance information, verify patient identities, and work collaboratively with our clinical staff to ensure accurate and efficient registration processes. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will shine when providing exceptional customer service to patients, their families, and healthcare providers. You'll be working on computers and answering phones to intake information in a busy environment, often on your feet assisting patients complete their registration.

Key Requirements:
You must have a high school diploma or GED, excellent customer service experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. While previous experience in healthcare is not necessary, you should feel comfortable working across multiple programs and typing as quickly as patients can talk. We'll teach you everything you need to know to succeed in this role. You must also be up to date on all vaccinations (including but not limited to an annual flu shot), pass a drug test, and pass a background check prior to hire. In return, you'll earn a competitive salary range of $14.00 - $17.37 per hour, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
