At Guitar Center Stores, Inc., we're looking for a skilled Lessons Lead to join our team. This role is responsible for driving sales and promotional programs to increase student enrollment in our lesson program. The successful candidate will have 3+ years of relevant work experience in musical instruction and be able to lift up to 25lbs.

Job Summary:

This position is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about music and customer service. As a Lessons Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring a great experience for all customers and students, by selling lesson and rehearsal packages, assisting customers with questions, and providing tours of the Lessons facility.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Sell lesson and rehearsal packages to customers
  • Assist customers with questions and provide tours of the Lessons facility
  • Coordinate lessons schedules with availability of instructors
  • Maintain and increase curriculum sales
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in musical instruction
  • Ability to lift up to 25lbs
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office suite

Salary: $20-$30 per hour.
