As a Behavioral Health Technician, you will play a crucial role in implementing treatment plans, collaborating with consultants and treatment teams, and working one-on-one with children to implement individualized treatment plans. Your primary responsibility will be to work with children, implementing behavior management and crisis intervention techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

* Monitor activities of assigned children, emphasizing identified problem areas.
* Intervene when problem behaviors occur, using appropriate strategies and plan procedures.
* Implement specialized plans, including behavioral, recreation, and art/leisure activities.
* Maintain detailed service delivery records, noting progress and challenges.
* Attend weekly clinical consultations and continuing education units as required.

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Either: 2 years of experience in providing behavioral health services or completion of a 40-hour RBT Task List training with certification from a BCBA or BCaBA trainer.
* Preferred: Associates or Bachelors in Psychology, Social Work, or related disciplines.

Clearances:

* PA Act 33 Child Abuse Clearance
* PA Act 34 Pennsylvania State Criminal Clearance
* PA Act 114 FBI Fingerprint Clearance
