About Our Hospice Team

At Interim Healthcare - Lancaster, CA, we provide compassionate care to individuals with serious illnesses. We are seeking a Per Diem Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our team of dedicated caregivers.

This role offers a unique opportunity to provide personal care services to hospice patients and their loved ones under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN).

The successful candidate will have experience in providing personal care services and supporting incidental/instrumental activities of daily living.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $30.00, including time for patient care and charting, with mileage reimbursement.

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

  • A graduate degree from an accredited vocational nursing program and active LVN license in California
  • CPR certification
  • Knowledge of state and federal hospice regulations
  • Clinical proficiency in nursing, strong communication skills, and compassion

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with 1 year of accumulated experience as a registered nurse within the last five (5) years and hospice experience are highly preferred.
