Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality, efficient, and safe care to patients.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including IDT, family, pharmacy, and patient, to ensure safe care.
  • Round on all patients as medically necessary.
  • Participate in medical staff or facility committees to improve quality.
  • Participate in practice group meetings.
  • Work closely with facilities and regional leadership to determine physician need.
  • Submit timely and accurate billing, coding, and documentation.

Requirements:

  • Board certification or board eligibility in family medicine (FM) or internal medicine (IM).
