Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and schedule projects to meet customer requirements and deadlines
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Work closely with our technical team to ensure seamless integration of our software with customer systems
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the project lifecycle
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and process improvements within the Project Management Department

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management and implementation of transportation management systems
  • Strong understanding of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) and its applications in the logistics industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
