Ovation Heartwood is seeking a skilled Barista/Server to join our team. As a Barista/Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet guests warmly and take food and drink orders in a prompt and efficient manner.
- Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve high-quality beverages, including hot and cold drinks, specialty beverages, and food items.
- Food Service: Assist with food service, including taking orders, serving food, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience.
- Sanitation and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to all sanitation and safety standards.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic math skills.
- Competitive Pay: $15-$16 per hour, plus tips.
