**Job Description**
We are seeking a talented Ambulatory Healthcare Professional to join our pediatric pulmonology team at MaineHealth. In this role, you will work closely with physicians, advance practice providers, and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care to infants, children, and adolescents with lung and breathing problems. Your responsibilities will include assessing patients' needs, developing and implementing treatment plans, and educating patients and families about their conditions and treatment options.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Assess patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans
* Provide education and support to patients and families
* Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
**Requirements**
* Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred
* Current applicable state(s) license as a Registered Professional Nurse required
* Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date
* One year of RN experience required; two years of relevant experience preferred
