Properties Managed: This role encompasses three senior living developments: The Abigail Senior Apartments, a 60-unit facility featuring restricted access, ample parking, a fitness center, and community spaces; The Edmond Senior Apartments, a 40-unit property equipped with a fitness center, on-site parking, a business center, and in-unit laundry; and Walnut Park Apartments, a 72-unit multifamily site offering restricted access, community amenities, fitness facilities, and a children's play area.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct general maintenance tasks
- Maintain grounds and equipment
- Perform snow removal duties
- Address basic service requests, including light fixture replacements, toilet unclogging, garbage disposal repairs, and basic water heater maintenance
- Execute plumbing, appliance, electrical, and carpentry repairs
- Deliver exceptional customer service through effective communication
- Manage work order systems and maintain accurate logs
- Report incidents related to property damage or work-related injuries promptly
- Participate in on-call duties and weekend emergency maintenance as required
Qualifications:
- HVAC & EPA certifications are preferred but not mandatory
- 0-2 years of experience in property management maintenance
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required; vehicle usage for travel between properties (mileage reimbursed)
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Capability to work with minimal supervision
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while adhering to policies and procedures
- Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with residents, peers, and supervisors
- Comfortable using computers and smartphones
