Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide respiratory care to patients with a variety of conditions, including respiratory failure, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), and pneumonia.
  • Develop and implement individualized respiratory care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and hospital performance.

Requirements

  • CPR/BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
  • State License-Respiratory Therapist-North Carolina
  • NBRC-RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) certification
  • Ability to lift 50-100 pounds
