Banner Health is seeking a skilled Dialysis Registered Nurse to join our team at Banner Casa Grande Medical Center. As a Dialysis Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with organizational policies and professional nursing practice.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care for patients with complex medical needs.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health and wellness.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Current, valid RN license in the state of Arizona.
- BLS certification.
- Minimum of one year experience in an acute care hospital setting.
- Experience in dialysis care preferred.
