Job Description:
We are currently looking for a dedicated individual to fill the role of Lead Technician for carpet, floor, upholstery, tile, and grout cleaning.
The successful candidate will be responsible for executing cleaning services at residential and commercial properties to ensure client satisfaction. This role also includes leadership responsibilities, as the individual will train new cleaning technicians.
Responsibilities:
- Execute carpet cleaning using industry-standard equipment and techniques.
- Perform floor cleaning utilizing industry-standard equipment and techniques.
- Clean upholstery, including sofas, chairs, and other furniture pieces, to eliminate dirt, stains, and odors using specialized equipment and techniques.
- Clean tile and grout surfaces with specialized equipment and cleaning solutions.- Drive company vehicle to and from client locations.
- Inspect surfaces for damages and recommend appropriate treatments or repairs.
- Train and mentor new cleaning technicians.
- Provide excellent customer service and address any client concerns or inquiries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and work areas.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of prior experience in carpet, floor, upholstery, tile, and/or grout cleaning.
- Experience with truck-mounted hot water extraction is highly desirable.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Ability to pass a standard background check.
- Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT) certification is highly desired.
- Experience in specialty cleaning (such as stripping and waxing commercial flooring, specialty rug cleaning, air duct, and vent cleaning) is a plus, with opportunities to gain experience quickly.
- Ability to train and develop new cleaning technicians.- Proficient in operating cleaning equipment and tools safely and effectively.
- Customer service-oriented with sales ability.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Capability to lift heavy equipment and remain on your feet for extended periods.
Compensation:
$25.00 per hour
