Job Summary

The Audiologist plays a vital role in the Special Education Department's Speech and Hearing division, ensuring compliance with state and district laws. This position requires a high level of expertise in diagnostic procedures and thorough knowledge of current instrumentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a total hearing conservation program for the District.
  • Develop and implement diagnostic procedures to assess hearing and balance.
  • Stay up-to-date with current instrumentation and technology.
  • Collaborate with educators and other professionals to support students with hearing impairments.
Requirements
  • Licensed Audiologist by the State of Arizona.
  • High level of expertise in diagnostic procedures.
  • Thorough knowledge of current instrumentation.
  • Equivalent combination of education/training/experience.
